I make some exceptions for close-ups of snowflakes or winter scenes with streams, lakes, etc. in them. - Whether or not to include certain images with clouds, mist, or rain has been tricky. I do if the clouds or mist look like a primary visual feature or if they are heavily referenced by the theme or title. For subjects in the rain, it depends on how visible the rain is and whether or not I like the presentation.
